The parent company of www.CRAZYXXX3DWORLD.com and www.3DGAYWORLD.com are currently seeking skilled digital 3D artists to produce comics and animations for their adult websites. We are one of the oldest and most respected online adult comics publishers with nearly 15 years in business. If you are interested in working on commissioned projects for us, we ask that you review the details listed below and then decide if you are willing to undertake our application and testing process. Our customers have come to expect the highest quality comics from us and it is therefore an absolute requirement that we hire only the best 3D artists we can. If you think you have what it takes, we will be happy to review your skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. All applicants must be 18 years or older.
2. All applicants must speak English as their primary language. You must also be able to write as well as you speak.
3. You must have access to no less than DAZ Studio Pro 4 or Poser 9 / 2012. Older versions of the two software are obsolete at this time.
4. You must also have access to PHOTOSHOP 5.0 or higher.
5. You must be proficient in the use of all listed software. In addition to rendering 3D images, you will be required to clean up the images and add text and dialogue balloons to them. Essentially you must be able to deliver to us a final and complete comic for publication. You create your comic from start to finish.
6. You must create comics within the restrictions of our production guidelines. See links below.
7. You must accept that once you sell a comic or animation to us, we purchase full copyrights on it forever. Once you are paid, the content remains our copyrighted property ever after. You retain the rights to your story titles and of course your character names and appearances, but all physical or electronic artwork purchased by us becomes our exclusive property.
COMMISSION SPECIFICS:
1. We make all payments via www.PAYPAL.com or wire transfer to your bank account - no other methods of payment are available.
2. We make payments twice monthly for all content turned into within a 15 day time period per cycle.
3. We do not hold nor report taxes for you. You are responsible for reporting your own taxes to whatever nation you reside in.
4. All copyrights on sold artwork are transferred upon payment to our company indefinitely.
5. Comic issues must be no less than 36 images in length.
6. Artist pay rates are based on individual skills, as determined at the time of application.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
1. Applicant must submit 5 images for review to the content editor by email.
2. If the editor approves the original submitted samples, the applicant will be asked to prepare a synopsis for their first comic and submit it along with character mockups.
3. If the synopsis and mockups are approved, the applicant will be asked to create five images from the proposed comic and submit them for final approval.
4. If the editor approves the five images from the comic, the images are forwarded to the company owner for final review.
5. If the owner approves the comic and five samples, he will offer a set payment rate, per image, to the artist applicant in order to complete the comic for us.
6. If the applicant accepts the rate offer, the applicant will then complete the comic and submit it to us and payment will be issued for it within 15 days.
Owners reserve the right to refuse to purchase any material that they deem to be sub-quality or inappropriate. Not all applicants will be accepted. Applicants will not be paid for any materials prepared or submitted unless the applicant passes the application process and the material is purchased as part of an actual comic commission.
